This is the worst company with which I saw. They are just deceiving people. They take the money deposit and monthly paymand,after required you to send a copy license. I sent a hurry with the special delivery 4-letters and other required documents. All the letters were delivered to them in time. This confirmed the Royal Mail.But they still argue that the copies are did;t get.BASIS, they cancel insurance.You didn;t take your money back.once again I was insured by the same company and they sent me on e-mail that supposedly my right not deystvitelny.On this basis, they are again dissolved my insurance.I phoned in DLVA.Told all right. The company Impostor! No one would recommend to contact this company.Why they offer cheap insurance, because people are being deceived.

right then where shall I start firstly I been with ecar for 3 years now never had a problem before about 4 months ago I bought a smaller car due to the recession ecar "on screen" system told me I was entitled to over £500 but actually they sent me a cheque for £201 saying I was only entitled to that. I disputed it they wouldn't agree I then told them to put my old car back on the policy after (2months) cover as a test to see what they qoute me. logically I would expect the premium to be lower that £200 as I was only entitled to that they system wanted another £400 . so it was ok to take more money but refund they wouldn't do it . anyway after 4months of argument with then they finally refunded me fully now they have doubled my renewal stay away at all costs my advice to anyone
